Implement, maintain, and optimize Deltek software solutions for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to ensure effective use of Deltek products by staff -Support project management efforts by providing technical expertise and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget -Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective Deltek solutions -Stay current with Deltek product updates and industry best practices to ensure KEITH leverages the latest features and functionalities -Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction -Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures -Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure software functionality and performance -Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting efforts to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and project management principles as they relate to Deltek solutions -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Deltek certifications or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support end-users -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field -Proven experience working with Deltek software solutions, specifically Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint -Experience with SQL, database management, and data integration tools is a plus -Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
