Tasks

-Facilitates corrective actions when necessary -Verifies compliance with safety policies and procedures as required by law, the Owner, or the contractor -Provides incident management and support -Conducts reviews of contractor safety programs -Conducts site safety observations and documents findings -Remaining in a stationary position for a prolonged period -Represents the contractor or Owner in progress meetings -Prepares documentation and reports -Attends pre-construction planning and safety meetings

-Working in extreme weather -Ascending/Descending stairs and ladders -OSHA 30-Hour Certification – Construction -Strong technical understanding of construction processes -Proven experience providing safety oversight on major construction projects -Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience -Wearing personal protective gear correctly -Bachelor’s degree in Safety or a related field preferred -Moving about long distances
