Tasks

Maintain strong guest relations, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a superior dining experience. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor performance to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, guest relations, and financial performance. Build, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and upselling initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions for the new restaurant. Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and setup of the restaurant’s operational structure. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
