Tasks

-Prepare estimates, quantities, prices, costing for projects. -Successfully support the team with other pre contracts and business development activities. -Interpret specification and standards and assess their impact on project costs. -Analyse materials, products, or qualitative or quantitative work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness. -Review tender documentation and information. -Interface with project managers and engineers to best manage risks and opportunities, as required. -Quantity take-off and preparing bills of quantities.

What You Bring

-Quantification and costing of construction work. -You have experience within the construction industry in particular civil. -You have the relevant formal qualifications. -Understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
