Tasks

-Develop and deliver compelling product and service proposals that support Epiroc’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -Support the ongoing refinement and execution of Epiroc USA’s Go-To-Market strategy by aligning and collaborating with business line managers, product and application specialists and other salespersons and leaders within Epiroc -Achieve market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets in assigned Key Account with a focus on technology, automation, data, and training products and services. -Collaboration with both Epiroc and Business Partner teams to reach objectives -Apply sales and support best practices within the Key Account as you gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and the solutions to satisfy them – Extensive travel may be required -Maintain detailed sales forecasts by working closely with business partners to ensure appropriate inventory and service levels for Freeport -Leveraging rapport and relationships with others helps to engage the commitment of individuals from within the organization to deliver against your goals -Align customer’s goals and objectives with Epiroc’s products and services by earning “trusted advisor” status and finding opportunities for education and training for the assigned Key Account.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 3 years’ sales and/or customer service experience in an industrial environment; selling technology and technical solutions within the mining and/or construction heavy equipment segments. -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required with a proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems -Strong commitment to results -Operating in an environment of freedom with accountability, you are comfortable with taking charge and being open to feedback that helps you to be even more successful -Understanding that success relies on long term strategy coupled with short/mid-term action, you are comfortable with being both strategic and tactical in your work -Bachelor’s degree required or the equivalent combination of education/experience -Skilled in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
