-Strong written and verbal communication skills -Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person -0-1 years of print to mail experience or production manufacturing, including inventory control, large equipment maintenance, retail warehousing, customer service-oriented jobs -Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly -High School Diploma / GED -Proficient using MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) -Previous mail room experience -Solid interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team -Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor -Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. -Ability to stand for extended periods of time -Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities -Willingness to drive work to completion and escalate when necessary
