Tasks

-Manage client portfolios and maintain a caseload of billable paralegal work (30%) -Lead and mentor a team of paralegals, practice coordinators, and admin professionals across offices -Provide training and onboarding support to new hires (attorneys and staff alike) -Oversee workflow, monitor caseloads, and ensure quality work product across the team -Serve as a liaison between attorneys and staff to support efficient operations

What You Bring

-Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and relevant legal tech tools -Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills -Experience supervising or managing legal support staff -Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related legal processes -Are comfortable working a hybrid schedule and occasionally traveling to other office locations -10+ years of paralegal experience, including 4+ in trusts & estates (required) -Can comfortably manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
