-Absolute integrity, proven business acumen, knowledge of industry trends and HR best practices, solid collaboration and communications skills, as well as passion, perseverance, and creativity -Well organized, leadership skills, and the flexibility and adaptability to be able to change direction instantly to meet the dynamic needs of the organization -Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and action-oriented skills; demonstrated by the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis -SPHR credential -Experience handling internal company investigations within Employee Relations or Human Resources -Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization to inspire trust and confidence among a diverse set of stakeholders -Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments -Thorough critical thinking and problem-solving skills; demonstrated by the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis -At least 3 years of human resource experience with success in employee relations and performance management -Demonstrated commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion -Master's degree in related field -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field
