Collaborate with your team to draft, review, and finalize plats, legal descriptions, and construction documents using the latest technology. Apply your expertise in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D to review data, refine deliverables, and ensure every detail is dialed in. Analyze complex records, easements, and title documents to ensure survey accuracy and project efficiency. What You Bring

Strong technical foundation in Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Construction Staking, GPS, Traversing, Leveling, and Legal Descriptions. 8+ years of experience in surveying, with proven experience in boundary resolution and land development projects. Professional Survey License (PLS), SIT, or on track to obtain. Excellent communication and leadership skills – you know how to motivate a crew and manage a project with confidence. Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred. -Strong technical foundation in Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Construction Staking, GPS, Traversing, Leveling, and Legal Descriptions. -8+ years of experience in surveying, with proven experience in boundary resolution and land development projects. -Professional Survey License (PLS), SIT, or on track to obtain. -Excellent communication and leadership skills – you know how to motivate a crew and manage a project with confidence. -Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
