Tasks

Deliver high-quality IT support as the primary contact for employees, field teams, and clients via phone, email, and the ITSM platform.• Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, escalating appropriately.• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and business applications to ensure reliable operations.• Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions, managing full onboarding and offboarding lifecycles.• Develop and maintain the IT knowledge base to improve issue resolution and reduce future response times.• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support during scheduled times.• Stay current with emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across IT operations.• Support the rollout and adoption of new applications, features, and functionality across the organisation. You’ll deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers, resolving incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and network environments. This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety, from provisioning new devices to diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by ensuring our people, systems, and technology operate seamlessly every day.
