Tasks

-Direct liaison with clients and support to senior engineers. -Provide support to the wider engineering team and mentor junior colleagues when required. -Assist in delivering electrical design across multiple project sectors. -Support senior staff on project delivery, attending meetings and liaising directly with clients. -Involvement in tender documentation, analysis, and budget costings. -Carry out surveys, inspections, and condition reports. -Producing detailed technical specifications and engineering documentation. -Conducting site surveys and producing condition reports. -Follow internal procedures and industry standards throughout all design stages. -Produce design calculations (manual and software-based), technical reports, and specifications. -Contribute to tender packages, tender analysis, and budget costings. -Manual and software-based design calculations.

What You Bring

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. -Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. -Good mathematical ability and an analytical mindset. -Knowledge of Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance, British Standards, CDM Regulations, and IEE Regulations. -Experience with drawing mark-ups and basic AutoCAD use (Revit/BIM experience highly advantageous). -Professional appearance and approach, especially in client-facing settings. -Full UK driving licence is essential. -Confident communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
