Tasks

-Load, transport, and tip materials as directed by the site supervisor. -Operate forward-tipping dumpers safely and efficiently across active sites. -Assist with general groundworks or external works when required. -Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. -Work closely with groundworkers and plant operators to support daily operations. -Carry out daily pre-start checks and report any plant defects immediately. -Follow all site health and safety procedures and instructions.

Requirements

• 3+ years
• cpcs ticket
• cscs card
• dumper operator
• drainage
• team player

What You Bring

-3+ years’ experience in groundworks or civil engineering. -Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket (NPORS must be CSCS-affiliated with hologram). -Valid CSCS card. -Please note that to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram. We no longer accept traditional NPORS cards. If you would like further details on how to transfer your card from the traditional scheme to the CSCS scheme, please click here. -Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team. -Works well alongside other trades and operatives. -Able to follow instructions and support site programmes. -Good understanding of site safety and traffic management. -Experience assisting with drainage or external works. -Proven experience operating dumpers safely on active construction or groundworks sites. -Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious. -Must have the right to work in the UK.
