Tasks

-Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded -Conduct timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects and deficiencies -Installation of Boilers, hot-water tanks and furnaces -Diagnose and troubleshooting plumbing issues with precision and perform routine inspections -Provide preventative and corrective maintenance for plumbing and heating equipment and systems -Contribute input for planned and scheduled work, and assist with completing the committed schedule -Install, repair, and maintain plumbing system, including pipes, valves, fittings and fixtures like toilets and sinks -Aid in scoping, estimating, planning, and executing new work or projects -Guarantee all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.

What You Bring

-Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required -Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test, Fit to Work test, and an extensive background check -Ability to build and work in a team environment is crucial along with a strong commitment to personal and team safety -Willing to travel -Able to read drawings and blueprints -Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Journeyman Plumber Certificate and Red Seal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience are required
