Tasks

-Create and enter new customers and part numbers -Work with internal departments to solve any issues that arise with the customer order, then serve as a point of contact to present information to the customer from order management POV -Provide various reports for internal and external customers. -Review all incoming customer purchase orders for the required information for order entry. -Effectively manage emails, internal and external communication to the customer, as well as internal communication with internal customers -Follow specific procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment. -Update and maintain all Sales Orders according to specific instructions from the Sales Ops and Planning team -Process customer OS&D claims and maintain tracker -Answer telephone calls and customer service email inquiries timely to include, but not limited to, inquiries about available products, estimated shipment dates, etc.

-Candidate must have strong attention to detail. Crucial given the data entry aspect, notes customer provides in their PO, which must be translated to Packing Slips and Sales Order -Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge -The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company -Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills -Professional Verbal Communication & ability to work independently -Typing speed of 45 WPM -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
