  • Collaborate with digital leaders and stakeholders to adopt efficient digital solutions.
  • Engage with clients across sectors, driving revenue from digital services within or alongside domain project delivery.
  • Support the implementation of a digital strategy, focusing on strategic direction, adoption objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee the adoption of digital technologies and processes within opportunities and projects, identifying barriers to adoption and developing strategies to overcome them.

  • Bid/proposal preparation experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in technology, business or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of digital processes, systems, and their optimisation in a business context.
  • Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide business improvement or change programmes, operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts.
  • 5-15 years experience in a digital adoption role, preferably in a technology or business development environment.
  • Strategy and management consulting experience desirable.
  • Experience within key industry sectors: transport, energy, water, and defence.
