Senior Supply Chain Lead

Tasks

-Support long-term forecasting and inventory allocation strategies. -Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures (Mandatory accountability for all staff) -Collaborate with field operations to ensure alignment between planning and execution. -Participate in cross-functional meetings and customer reviews as required. -Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO accreditations, and internal policies. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. -Support reporting and analysis of supply chain metrics and KPIs. -Lead the development and execution of supply and demand planning models. -Identify and resolve issues impacting deployment timelines or inventory availability. -Manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory movement, vendor coordination, and deployment readiness. -Assist in preparation for audits, stocktakes, and performance reviews. -Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and field service providers. -Monitor and report on capacity risks and deployment constraints. -Act as a key liaison between Supply Chain and other departments including Operations, Customer Delivery, Sales, and IT.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in other supply chain planning tools is an advantage. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. -Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred. -Proven track record in supply chain planning, deployment, and inventory management. -Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify effective solutions and facilitate productive discussions. -High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks efficiently. -5 to 10 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in managing large-scale infrastructure deployment or maintenance programs. -Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field are highly desirable.
