Tasks

-Managing and shifting manpower deployments -Providing the data and reports to the client as required -Time to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers -Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility -Record of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner -Maintaining records of admin reports -Working with both the facilities manager & the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered. Likewise, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process. -Managing Technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules -Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports -Daily basis observations and closures -You’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, & business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health & safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them. -You’ll keep an eye out on the property’s supplies & ensure that it has adequate stocks & materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you’ll manage supply & service contracts as approved by clients. -Managing and preparations of material BOQ if required any -Coordination with the Site FM team for the daily basis activities -Managing weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMs -Coordination with the LL team -Prioritizing the Facilities’ needs.

What You Bring

Experience (Years) required B.Tech (Electrical) / Graduate + ITI Technical Course c. Solid background in team management. b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations. a. Strong knowledge of property operations Grade / Level G1A/G1B Minimum 4 years of relevant experience -Vendor Management (working at the site) -Responsibility and attentiveness for the Tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA. -Time to time Training for the M&E teams -M&E team Attendance and records -Gate pass and the material movements -Work permits its issuance and records
