Tasks

-Track and record activity within the company’s CRM, Salesforce. -Develop an understanding of market trends, absorption, and the underlying metrics used to analyze real estate markets. -Understand and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion. -Manage meetings with prospects, draft documentation and understand and present corresponding financial analysis. -Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. -Prospecting for new client relationships via phone, networking and door-to-door contact and communication -Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends. -Research, identify, qualify and prospect for potential new clients and secure new business.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree or Designation -Alberta commercial real estate license -Communicate clearly with attention to detail and accuracy -Strong work ethic and desire to work in a commission-based environment -Assertive, resourceful, focused, innovative and a motivated self-starter. Entrepreneurial minded with the ability to connect quickly with others and be able to leverage built relationships -Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks -Highly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional sales and negotiation skills
