Ensure the application of all Company policies, i.e. Equal Opportunities, Grievances, etc., and deal with any deviations or report to the Directors. In association with the Directors, assist with the development and implementation of policy in respect of Ashton Fire.
Be responsible for the technical output of the team and ensure that a best practice, high quality, and ethically responsible approach is taken for all deliverables.
Help provide arbitration on issues arising in a manner likely to sustain a positive working environment.
Ensure the company's Quality Procedures, service levels, and contractual requirements are being met.
Contributing to the development of the wider fire safety community through contributions to committees, conferences, work exchanges, etc.
Maintain a positive team environment to promote the overall interests of the company without regard to sectional or divisional boundaries.â
Operate within the Ashton Fires terms and conditions, policies, and quality assurance system.
Identify and develop business opportunities and market the service offered within the organisation.
Ensure that when entering site, all Health and Safety regulations are strictly complied with, and that all protective/safety equipment is fully utilised.
