The Role

Overview

Primary client liaison managing relationships, upselling, and issue resolution.

Tasks

-Attend and represent Valcourt at industry events, client lunches, and association functions to enhance visibility and relationship-building. -Coordinate new business opportunities, changeovers, and one-time sales. -Strengthen relationships with clients through proactive outreach, including phone calls, site visits, and customer appreciation initiatives. -Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Valcourt’s divisions. -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems. -Assist Accounts Receivable with client communications related to billing and collections when necessary. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency of services delivered. -Serve as the main contact and advocate for assigned client accounts -Support the Operations team in troubleshooting client concerns and communicating service expectations clearly.

What You Bring

-Engaging, professional demeanor suitable for representing the company at client and industry events. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. -Demonstrated service-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple client priorities. -3–5 years of progressive work experience with a proven record of success. -Background in Property Management, Construction, Customer Service, Commercial Real Estate, or Project Management preferred. -Strong communication and relationship-building skills. -Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
