Tasks

Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients. Conduct periodic market research for material, services, and project costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. Support end-to-end procurement and project lifecycle for client assignments. Liaise with clients for PPM reporting and project updates. Develop benchmarking reports for client presentations. Build internal databases for cost comparisons and vendor performance. Perform detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, and variance assessment. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and client expectations. Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely execution. Benchmark vendor quotations against industry standards. Track key contractual obligations, risks, and renewal timelines.
