Tasks

-Ensuring quality systems and processes are fully aligned with business requirements. -Supporting quality meetings and forums by developing and presenting training and performance reports. -Establishing a right-first-time culture across the project team that puts quality at the heart of project delivery. -Acting as the point of contact for all business unit quality assurance matters and contributing to the strategic approach for Water/Highways quality assurance. -Safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information against unauthorised access, modification, or destruction. -Developing and managing a business unit and sector-specific audit plan, including quality-related investigations such as root cause analysis (RCA). -Ensuring the project team implements appropriate quality management arrangements, supported by competent resources and clear delivery plans. -Establishing procedures to capture lessons learned across the project team and monitor continual improvement. -Establishing effective working relationships with clients, business units, and leadership teams, while providing guidance to Quality Assurance Advisors to support their duties. -Developing and implementing specific KPIs for business units and clients. -Establishing procedures to capture lessons learned across the project team and monitor the implementation of continual improvements.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in a similar role, with a history of successful management in complex, multi-interface organisations. -In-depth knowledge of investigation tools and techniques, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA). -Experience in infrastructure or construction environments is highly advantageous. -Certified IRCA/CQI Lead Auditor for ISO 9001.
