Tasks
-Develop project proposals and budgets, contributing to the growth and success of our Newcastle East operations. -Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and project management skills. -Engage with clients and stakeholders, delivering high-quality environmental solutions while building strong, lasting relationships. -Lead and manage complex site investigations, remediation programs, and environmental risk assessments. -Oversee field programs, subcontractor management, and site-based works, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

What You Bring
-Excellent project management skills, including proposal writing, budgeting, and client engagement. -Technical expertise in preliminary and detailed site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies. -Strong report writing abilities, with engagement in the Certified Environmental Practitioner Scheme or relevant professional industry bodies being highly regarded. -The ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required. -A valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights. -A strong track record in contaminated site investigations and remediation, with experience in a consulting environment. -A relevant tertiary qualification in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, environmental engineering, or soil science.
