Tasks

-Ensure all installations comply with NEC (National Electrical Code), local codes, and safety standards. -Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams on cross-trade projects. -Operate tools, meters, and testing equipment with accuracy. -Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. -Communicate effectively with customers, explain findings, and present repair or upgrade options. -Perform electrical upgrades, remodels, and new installations in residential and light commercial properties. -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. -Complete required documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory tracking. -Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify repair or replacement needs. -Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures according to code.

What You Bring

-Electrical license or apprentice registration in Arizona a plus. -Must pass background check and drug screening. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Minimum 2 years of electrical installation experience (residential experience preferred). -Must have own tools. -Working knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions. -Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
