Tasks

-Implement project management methodologies and tools to manage timelines, risks, and resources effectively. -Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status reviews, and post-project evaluations, to ensure alignment and effective communication. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. -Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics, to senior management and stakeholders. -Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, implementing corrective actions as needed. -Abide by the Health, Safety, Energy and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enova’s HSEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary. -Oversee the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. -Lead and mentor project team members -Identify and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and addressing potential challenges. -Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, to guide project execution and ensure successful outcomes. -Implement and manage change control processes to handle project changes and ensure proper documentation and communication. -Lead the planning, execution, and completion of operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals. -Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to support project requirements and objectives. -Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and morale. -Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and analyze variances to identify and address issues proactively. -Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and expenditure control, to ensure projects are completed within budget. -Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.

-Proficiency in preparing and presenting project reports and updates -Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships -Strong leadership and team management abilities -Advanced project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management -Experience with risk management and change control processes -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or operations leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational projects. -Ability to manage budgets, financial tracking, and cost control
