Manage inventory records, process purchase orders, and support SAP/Excel reporting.

Tasks

-Scans, renames, and electronically files all orders -Maintains and analyzes shared drive and mailbox -Generates and analyzes a variety of maintenance reports -Tracks and electronically files all purchase requisitions including receipts of parts and services -Submits requisitions, performs service entry sheets, and enters valid receipts -Reviews and tracks all past and current orders

-Project management skills to recognize and deal with problems with minimal direction in a high profile and fast paced environment -Ability to work with multiple computer programs interchangeably -Attention to detail in submitting and matching up receipts and requisitions -Working knowledge of SAP software -RRSP and DC (CAN) and 401K (U.S.) -Ability to interpret reports to problem solve open order discrepancies -High School Diploma plus 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience -Proficient in MS Office applications to include Word, Excel (pivot tables, filters, and formulas), and Outlook -Interpersonal skills in responding to vendor inquiries -Communication skills required for collaboration between different departments to reconcile outstanding orders and receipt of goods/services.
