  • Possède un bon sens de l’autonomie;
  • Établir des concepts et l’ingénierie de détail en électricité de bâtiment incluant :
  • Expérience en génie-conseil;
  • Très bon français écrit et parlé.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide;
  • Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCAD, AGI32, ETAP et Microsoft Office;
  • Connaissance du Code de Construction du Québec, des autres codes du bâtiment, des normes et standards propres au domaine de l’électricité du bâtiment;
  • DEP en dessin de bâtiment, DEC en électrotechnique ou autre formation équivalente ;
  • Connaissance sur gestion de base de données et élaboration de maquettes BIM (un atout);
  • Compte de gestion des dépenses santé ;
  • Effectuer la surveillance des travaux à l’occasion;
  • Salaire concurrentiel ;
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Revit (un atout);
  • Effectuer les relevés des systèmes électriques existants (alarme incendie, distribution éclairage, électrique, dispositifs de filerie);
  • Éclairage de bâtiment;
