Tasks

-Maintain care of equipment -Operate trucks, trailers, and other equipment with ease -Direct crew in maximizing time spent on critical job functions to increase overall job profitability -Practice safe working procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations -Communication between Management, clients, and other onsite personnel -Lay out cell tower sites, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure -Install light industrial steel, i.e. h-frames, light posts -At all times, promote and maintain safe work practices as outlined in Safety Manual, as well as other safety and quality directives issued by Management -Operate hand and power tools with ease -Communication and coordination of all job-related activities with Management and Crew Members -Direct crew by ensuring all work meets company and customer standards, both in scheduling and job specifications -Pour concrete pads, piers, pylons, block wall foundations, excavations, layout, forming, rebar placing and finishing -Set and install pre-fabricated equipment buildings

What You Bring

-Class A CDL is extremely desired -Trenching, laying fiber and conduit -Ability to learn from various instruction methods, as well as self-study -You have previous construction and/or construction industry experience -Ability to communicate fluently with all staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers -Ability to perform, train, direct, and oversee civil construction activities -Ability to read and understand general job related documents -Ability to communicate fluently with Project Manager and other employees -Complete all necessary safety training -You have a professional presentation by speech and in appearance -Ability to utilize intermediate computer skills -Ability to read blueprints -Ability to operate machinery such as backhoes, mini excavators, and skid steers -Demonstration of organizational skills in all tasks
