What You Bring

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy person to join our team in Knoxville, TN to support our employees’ technology needs. The ideal candidate has experience configuring Apple devices and is familiar with Verizon wireless services. Must be a dependable, organized, and productive team player who excels working with others. This is a part-time, in-office position working roughly 20-25 hours per week. Potential to transition into a full-time position. -Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and Outlook. -Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. -Oral and written communication skills. -Strong problem solving and analytical skills. -Meraki Device Management experience is highly preferred. -Power BI experience is a plus. -Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening. -Organization and time management skills.
