Tasks

-Deliver comprehensive engineering analyses to clients who represent virtually every industry and comprise some of the world’s most respected organizations. -Supports the organization's quality program(s). -Documents and maintains billable hours on a time and expense basis for failure analysis and forensic engineering projects for clients. -Collaborates with EFI Global's national team of forensic experts to leverage experiences and assist on projects. -Leverage EFI Global’s broad, global network of experts to both learn from and to share your insights. -Investigates and assesses damages due to failures and determines the origin of failure for insurers and litigation support. -Apply your engineering knowledge and experience to investigate and assess complex failures in the context of an energetic, people focused, entrepreneurial culture. -Researches, evaluates, analyzes and tests the causation of accidents and failures. -Collaborates with other engineering disciplines to produce detailed reports outlining the cause of the accident. -Serves as an expert witness in court and/or in depositions. -Conducts investigations of vehicles, equipment, and accident sites to document the evidence and determine the scope of damage.

What You Bring

-Be able lift/carry up to 50 pounds -PC literate, including Microsoft Office products -Have the ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, reaching/working overhead, -Must be able to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions. -Analytical and interpretive skills -Excellent oral and written communication -Be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds. -Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies -Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. -Excellent interpersonal skills -Must be able to kneel, squat or bend. -Strong organizational skills -Ability to work independently or in a team environment -Be able to drive up to 4 hours per day.
