Tasks

-Facilitate waterfall, agile, and hybrid project methodologies as appropriate to the workstream. -Track project performance, deliverables, schedules, and budgets; provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. -Partner with Product Management to define project scope, objectives, and business cases aligned with product strategy. -Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to manage detailed plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. -Drive delivery of software projects including new product releases, platform development, and feature enhancements. -Own and manage full life cycle of projects for both software and hardware products—from initiation and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch support. -Lead post-launch activities including retrospectives, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts. -Oversee hardware initiatives including development of physical security products from initial design, prototyping, through mass production -Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks impacting project outcomes. -Coordinate go-to-market activities in collaboration with finance, product, marketing, support, and operations teams.

What You Bring

-Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project. -Experience in physical security, manufacturing, IoT, or embedded systems is a strong advantage. -Proven success managing both software and hardware product initiatives. -Familiarity with compliance, certification, or manufacturing requirements for hardware products. -Strong understanding of product development life cycles, including business case development, product definition, development, testing, launch, and sustainment. -CAPM, PMP, Agile, or related certifications (a plus). -Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. -5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology and product development environments. -Experience working on software development projects, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) -Experience with PPM tools for project tracking and status reporting. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. -Experience working with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. -Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
