Tasks
-Architect and implement cloud-based endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE) to support secure, scalable device operations. -Ensure compliance with DHS and federal IT security standards and frameworks. -Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to DHS IT staff on endpoint management tools and procedures. -Lead the development and enforcement of security protocols, device compliance policies, and lifecycle management strategies. -Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of mobile device management (MDM) platforms across DHS environments. -Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents. -Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with DHS security and operational requirements.

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven federal environment. -Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. -Experience supporting DHS or other federal agencies. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. -Strong understanding of cloud-based endpoint solutions, security frameworks, and device compliance management. -CompTIA Security+. -10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on endpoint management, MDM, and device security. -Relevant certifications such as: -Proven experience in device lifecycle management and enterprise mobility strategies. -VMware VCP-DTM. -Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar platforms. -Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. -Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, NIST cybersecurity frameworks, and FISMA compliance. -Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
