Tasks

From interpreting client requirements and shaping win themes through to drafting compelling content and coordinating multiple stakeholder inputs, you’ll play a key role in securing projects that grow our business. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality EOIs and tender submissions across civil infrastructure projects. -Facilitate submission-related workshops and meetings to maintain momentum. -Coordinate EOIs and tender submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness; -Analyse client documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and win themes; -Shape high-quality submissions that win major civil projects -Provide quality review and editing support across the submissions team; -Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and subcontractors for high-quality inputs; -Maintain records in HubSpot and contribute to the content library; -Draft and refine persuasive written content including methodologies, CVs, and project profiles;
