Tasks

As the BMS Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of existing client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with technical and project teams to deliver tailored BMS and energy management solutions that meet customer needs. -Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for BMS upgrades, service contracts, and energy efficiency solutions. -Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to close. -Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. -Report on sales activity, forecasts, and market trends. -Manage and develop a portfolio of key BMS clients across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites. -Provide technical and commercial support to clients and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

Are you an experienced BMS (Building Management Systems) professional with a passion for client relationships and business growth? We’re looking for a BMS Account Manager to join a leading building automation company, managing key accounts and driving new opportunities across London and the South East. -Commercially driven and customer-focused, with strong technical awareness. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach. -Proven experience in BMS sales, account management, or building automation. -Based in London or the South East, with flexibility for remote working and site visits. -Strong understanding of systems such as Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium (preferred).
