Tasks

-Interact with internal and external customers -Maintenance and repair tasks on product line ranging from construction tools, small engine equipment such as compaction equipment, pumps to compact construction equipment (e.g. Mini excavators and skid steers -Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes) -Perform a wide variety of equipment repair diagnostics -Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required

What You Bring

-Previous repair and troubleshooting experience with Caterpillar general line products would be considered an asset -Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail -Capable of working evening, night shifts as well as performing after hours service calls, weekends inclusive -Good understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems -Thorough knowledge of gasoline and diesel engine electronic management systems -Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily -Aerial work platform equipment as well as knowledge of diesel generators 8 KW to 200 KW -Must possess the technical knowledge to perform service tasks on our product line ranging from construction tools, small engine equipment such as compaction equipment, pumps to compact construction equipment (e.g. Mini excavators and skid steers,)
