Tasks

-Draft and settle complex Cabinet submissions, Ministerial briefings, correspondence, and statutory notices. -Lead research, special projects, and deliver high-quality reports to advance land services and support organisational goals. -Provide expert advice and strategic support to internal and external stakeholders on real property and ORG matters. -Oversee activities defined by the Real Property Act 1886 (SA) and related statutory instruments, management of Assurance Fund claims, and ensure compliance with land titling obligations.

What You Bring

-Experience in working across government to achieve significant outcomes. -Demonstrated experience in providing expert advisory and governance services to executive level. -Experience in drafting and settling highly complex and highly polished cabinet documents to all levels of government including cabinet. -Experience in conducting research, managing projects, and writing reports.
