Tasks

-Undertake highest and best use studies and define appropriate land use mixes. -Support client engagements through strategic inputs, business case development, and stakeholder presentations. -Undertake business development and contribute to bids and proposals from a market and financial lens. -Analyze socio-economic trends, demographic data, and policy frameworks to inform real estate strategy. -Prepare financial feasibility models, and valuation reports to support master planning, infrastructure, and real estate projects. -Conduct real estate market assessments for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.

What You Bring

-Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA (Finance) preferred. -Understanding of real estate regulations, market dynamics, and investment principles. -Strong analytical and communication skills. -Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and reporting. -Prior experience in working within multi-disciplinary teams on urban or infrastructure projects preferred. -10-15 years of experience in real estate advisory, valuation, or market consulting.
