Overview
Supports planning and logistics by handling data entry, schedules, and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Update production and delivery schedules as directed by the Planning Supervisor. -Prepare and distribute planning updates to relevant stakeholders. -Liaise with internal teams (production, procurement, logistics) to resolve scheduling issues. -Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery notes, and planning reports. -Input and maintain accurate data in ERP systems and planning tools. -Assist in managing date change requests (DCRs) and capacity planning updates. -Assist in preparing weekly and monthly production schedules. -Monitor changes in site schedules and update records accordingly. -Act as a point of contact for queries related to planning documentation. -Support with ad-hoc tasks such as filing, reporting, and document control.

What You Bring
-Previous experience in production and capacity planning. -Good Numeracy accuracy with strong attention to detail for precise data entry -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & other systems ie. SAGE -Confidence in building strong working relationships both internally and with key stakeholders whilst working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. -Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with excellent organisational skills.
