Overview

Perform maintenance, repairs, and unit turnover for multifamily apartments.

Tasks

-Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to the company's policy on after-hour emergency calls. -Handle and assist in unit turns. -Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property to include building exteriors, building interiors and public areas. -Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.

What You Bring

-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. -Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC. -Experience: Minimum of one years of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance (property management). -Possession of personal vehicle, preferred. -Possession of personal tools, required. -Must be EPA Universal certified or Type II license. -Able to travel to another property in same region. -Able to work weekends, as needed, required -Great customer service skills. -Exceptional safety skills. -Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. -Able stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time. -Able to push, pull and lift over 50lbs. -Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders.
