The Role

Overview

Resolve Tier 1 HR queries, manage Workday data, compensation audits and ServiceNow cases globally

Tasks

-Maintaining data on Location Creation, Data Correction, transaction rescinds and System Security requests etc. in Workday. -Manage One-time payments bulk uploads and comp requests. -Assist SME/Sr. SME with building and maintenance of a Knowledgebase for Case Management. -Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes -Managing semi-functional issues in Workday and act as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams. -Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool Service now effectively. -Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees, needed to resolve the query/issue. -Working with and assisting global employee/HR users from APAC, EMEA & AMR. -Update/Review SOP’s and Process Maps on a regular basis based on new inputs/changes/updates in any of the existing processes -Managing client calls with the Global process partners on a regular basis and ensures required documentation -Manage Global compensation audits and reports. -Quality Check on the Key/Critical transactions processed by team as defined in the Quality framework. -Managing semi-functional issues in Workday and EIB Validations and Mass uploads. -Assist with data correction or escalate to SME/Sr. SME, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service -Adhere to agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards

What You Bring

-3-4 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred -Comfortable to work in Global shift timing. -Highly Employee and Customer centric -Knowledge of Case Management tool ServiceNow an added advantage -Attention to detail and ability to work towards tight deadlines -Highly Flexible and Adaptable to conditions and business requirements -Strong team player, willing to learn and share experiences with other team members -Active participation on any new transitions and documents creation. -Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders -Understanding or Knowledge of HR fundamentals, practices, and procedures -Ability to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements to enhance the end user and HR partner experience -Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate stakeholders -Result oriented and Proactive in achieving results -Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures with ability to resolve complex queries. -Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good command on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. -Previous experience in a Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable -Highly Organized and Self-motivated
