Tasks

-Oversee the ongoing maintenance, support and optimisation of organisational software systems, ensuring they meet operational needs and are kept up-to-date -Oversee the planning, renewal, and timely upgrade of technological assets to ensure the organisation’s IT infrastructure remains modern, secure and efficient -Lead, manage and develop the IT team to ensure high performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement -Manage and oversee the delivery of digital and business transformation projects, ensuring they meet business needs and are completed on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards -Contribute to the development, execution and ongoing review of the organisation’s IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals -Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the organisation’s information and systems against internal and external threats
