-Perform light mechanical maintenance—troubleshooting hydraulic, chain, or roller systems, and performing minor welding repairs when needed. -Monitor production goals, maintain accurate inventory and quality records, and address discrepancies swiftly to keep schedules on track. -Ensure operational safety through proactive leadership and consistent enforcement of safety protocols and procedures. -Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
