Tasks

As part of our Research & Development department, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and supporting cross-functional engineering initiatives. -Participate in a rotational learning program across departments to gain broad exposure. -Promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. -Provide proactive engineering support to teams, including Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, and Applications. -Adhere to workplace safety protocols. -Support R&D objectives to meet business needs and contribute to company growth. -Share knowledge to foster collaboration and a learning-oriented environment. -Ensure compliance with Makino’s QEHS policy (Engineering QP-ENG-001) to uphold quality standards.
