What You Bring

During your two-year programme as a Market Optimisation graduate you will complete four placements in different areas of Energy Markets, each with a commercial focus. With each six-month placement you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of the role as well as specific projects to ensure we remain a market leading function. While your first placement will be chosen for you, you are able to pick the remaining three to focus on areas that are of particular interest to you, whether this be trading, volume forecasting or a more customer focused role on our Optimisation Desk. We're looking for a graduate to join our Market Optimisation Graduate Scheme for September 2026! -Good communication, data analysis and problem-solving skills. -This role is based in our Solihull office (B91 3ES ) with a combination of office and home working depending on the placement. -At least a 2:2 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
