The Role
Overview
Two-year apprenticeship blending depot sales experience with a sales qualification.

Tasks
-Contribute to individual and depot sales targets -Visit customer sites to measure spaces and assess design needs -Assist in designing kitchens using CAD software -Generate leads and support outbound sales calls -Collaborate with builders and homeowners to deliver tailored kitchen solutions -Handle orders accurately, including pricing and stock availability -Support customers at the trade counter and process sales -Promote safe working practices in line with Health & Safety regulations -Build relationships with trade customers through in-person and telephone interactions -Help manage stock levels, invoicing, banking, and administration -Provide knowledgeable advice on our products and services

What You Bring
-Confident communicators with a professional and friendly attitude -Effective planning and organisation skills -English or Irish (O6/H7) -Able to work independently and use your own initiative -Curious learners with an interest in sales, retail, or kitchen design -Ability to build and maintain strong relationships -Target driven -The right to work in Ireland and relevant evidence -QQI Level 5 or higher qualification -Grade O6/H7 or higher in five Leaving Certificate subjects, including: -A full driving licence is required (you may be considered if currently learning to drive) -Learn to negotiate and close sales that meet customer expectations and business goals -Creative, detail-focused, and customer-centred -Qualification: QQI validated NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Sales -Good customer service skills -Duration: 2 years -Mathematics (F2/O6/H7) -International equivalent of a full Level 5 qualification -Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
