Tasks
In this hands-on role, you'll utilise your expertise in Workday training and implementation to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for Workday users across SNG, specifically for HR and Finance within Human Capital Management (HCM) and Foundational Data Model (FDM). This role will support the successful adoption and ongoing use of Workday modules, ensuring employees and managers are confident and competent in using the system effectively. -Developing and delivering engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for Workday modules, specifically HCM and FDM -Maintaining Workday training documents and resources to reflect the latest Workday system enhancements and changes -Collaborating with Learning and Development colleagues, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify training needs and learning outcomes to enable the effective implementation of Workday at SNG -Designing evaluation methods and metrics to enable effectiveness of Workday training to be assessed against learning outcomes -Creating user-friendly training materials including guides, videos, e-learning modules, and FAQs, using appropriate SNG templates and frameworks

What You Bring
-Demonstrable experience in training HCM and Finance modules to users and supporting the system implementation across HR and Finance -Understanding of learning management systems, instructional design and adult learning methodologies -Strong presentation, listening and facilitation skills -Utilising knowledge of the Workday training catalogue to effectively align Workday training content with SNG user training needs -In depth knowledge of both Workday functionality and configurations across both HR (HCM plus all HR related Workday SKUs) and Finance -Strong organisation and time management skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt training content for a range of different audiences and needs -Knowledge of digital learning tools, including LMS platforms, MS Teams, Articulate or similar -Ability to translate complex system processes into clear, accessible training content
