Join us on a major Water Framework programme where you'll lead multi-disciplinary design teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure integrated, compliant design delivery across clean water, wastewater, pumping stations, and treatment facilities. -Ensure technical assurance, risk management, and programme alignment -Support bids and promote innovation in sustainable design -Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors -Lead and coordinate design development across water infrastructure schemes -Manage civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design teams

What You Bring

Are you a driven Design Manager or Technical Manager with a passion for delivering high-impact water infrastructure projects? -Proven experience in water/infrastructure design leadership -Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline -Chartered (ICE, IStructE, RIBA) preferred -Digital design platform proficiency -Excellent stakeholder and team coordination skills -Strong grasp of UK water standards, DfMA, BIM, and CDM -AMP framework experience -NEC contract familiarity -Sustainability-focused design thinking
