The Role
Overview
Provide technical EHS support, risk assessments, and compliance for industrial clients.

Tasks
-Conduct qualitative and quantitative industrial hygiene or similar risk assessments for various hazardous materials and operations. -Work with the project team to effectively implement assignments for client. -Provide on-site health and safety support at client facilities such as training, review of change requests, incident investigations, and hazard reviews. -Implement H&S programs and strategies in the areas of industrial hygiene, safety management systems, risk management, high-impact training, and compliance support. -Enable our clients’ business objectives and become an extension of their EHS team. -Manage a variety of tasks to achieve scope, budget and schedule targets while ensuring we meet and exceed our clients' expectations on deliverables. -Engage with local regulators. -Prepare technical reports and other deliverables. -Assist in the development of solutions to technical and regulatory issues and concerns. -Manage the job hazard analysis program. -Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

What You Bring
-Experience with EHS program execution in a manufacturing environment, especially in manufacturing, chemical, and pharma. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; -Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. -Ability to deliver quality deliverables in a fast pace and innovative customer environments. -Credentials, such as CIH, CSP, CHMM, PE or other relevant credentials are a plus. -Minimum 5 years relevant experience working in H&S regulatory compliance and industrial hygiene, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in industrial hygiene. -Ability to travel and work at client and ERM offices, including air travel. -Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) -Experience in gathering and analyzing safety and health related data.
