Support project management tasks such as schedule reviews, technical queries, design documentation, invoice processes, change order reviews, etc.
Participate in design and engineering meetings concerning all aspects of the project. This includes wind turbines, transition pieces, foundations, offshore substations, medium and high voltage subsea cables, as well as various transportation and installation tasks.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with performance monitoring and data analysis of offshore and nearshore construction of onshore infrastructure, onshore and submarine cables, offshore substations, monopiles, transition pieces and wind turbine generators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development initiatives related to wind energy technologies.
Participate in inspections and site visits at a variety of locations onshore and offshore to gain exposure to construction activities and field operations.
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements for construction efficiencies and lessons learned.

Basic knowledge of wind turbine systems and power generation (preferred, but not required).
Preferred majors: Mechanical, Electrical, Marine/Ocean, Civil/Structural/Environmental, Renewable Energy, or related engineering degree
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Enrolled in an Engineering degree program from an ABET accredited program.
Familiarity with marine/ocean, mechanical, civil, and/or electric engineering principles.

Must have a 3.0 GPA or greater.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Use fundamental engineering skills to support the team’s completion of complex tasks and assignments.
Must be a good communicator.
Students should have a graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
