Tasks

-Lead the preparation of geotechnical calculations, designs, and technical reports, ensuring high-quality delivery. -Plan and supervise ground investigations and geotechnical analyses. -Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions. -Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and inclusion. -Maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting project delivery and client satisfaction. -Contribute to business development and the preparation of bids and proposals. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.

What You Bring

-Flexible approach, including willingness to travel and work on-site as required. -Strong technical report writing, communication, and teamwork skills. -Degree-qualified (MEng/MSc or equivalent) in Civil Engineering (geotechnical focus), Geotechnical Engineering, or Engineering Geology. -Demonstrated experience in geotechnical design, analysis, and ground investigation within consultancy or a similar environment. -Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., VDISP/PDISP, WALLAP, REPUTE, Slope/W) and MS Office applications. -Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. -Progressing towards Chartered Engineer or Geologist status.
